Qualifications

• One-year experience in the legal field preferred.
• Paralegal certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with trial preparation and exhibit management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation from onset through post-trial.
• Draft Motions, Orders, Notices, Certificate of Service, Answers and Jury Charges.
• Organize and retrieve information from discovery and hearing transcripts.
• Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files and exhibits.
• Create, edit, revise, format, redline and proofread documents.
• Assist with trial preparation, including charts and visuals.
• Create discovery binders (electronic and hard copy).
• Coordinate with IT for office software and hardware needs.
• Schedule Zoom/in-person meetings, depositions, and client calls.
