Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• ABA-approved degree or certificate preferred.
• Proficiency with e-discovery tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and deadline-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation from inception to trial.
• Conduct legal research and organize case materials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other documents.
• Prepare filings in state and federal courts and meet deadlines.
• Manage large document productions and review e-discovery.
• Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and vendors; schedule deposits.
• Docket deadlines and monitor court calendars.
• Maintain electronic case repositories and databases.
• Provide trial support with exhibits and notebooks.
• Travel to trial locations as needed.
