Qualifications

• Requires 3 or more years of litigation paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from intake to appeals.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery documents.
• Manage electronic and physical case files.
• Track deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements.
• Coordinate discovery including document review and production.
• Summarize records and deposition transcripts.
• Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and demonstratives.
• E-file documents in state and federal courts.
