Job summary

gpac is recruiting a Civil Litigation Paralegal in Tulsa with at least 3 years of experience to support attorneys from intake through resolution. You will handle discovery, deadlines, client communications, and thorough case preparation in a busy practice handling business and commercial litigation, real estate, construction disputes, contracts, and contested probate matters.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with discovery, litigation procedures, calendaring, and deadline management.
• Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active matters and work closely with attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files, court calendars, discovery deadlines, hearings, and mediations.
• Draft discovery requests and responses, correspondence, notices, and other litigation documents.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors.
• Gather and organize evidence; prepare timelines, case summaries, and exhibits.
• Help attorneys prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, settlement conferences, and trial.
