Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparation of client work including closings, hearings and trials.
• Assist with discovery, researching, and other duties; monitor deadlines.
• File and retrieve court documents electronically for State and Federal Court in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
• Track and bill time; manage information and client files.
• Assist with Trial Presentations as needed.
• Seek out additional work once assigned duties are completed.
