Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys before, during, and after trials. This on-site role requires strong organization and communication to manage filings, discovery, and depositions across state and federal courts.

You will prepare pleadings, coordinate depositions, and assist with trial binders while maintaining case files and meeting deadlines. A paralegal program or degree is preferred, with at least 3 years of litigation experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred.
• Experience in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Premises Liability or similar areas preferred.
• Must multi-task, prioritize and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient calendaring of depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and court rules.

Mansioni

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and memoranda.
• E-file all court documents in state and federal court.
• Communications with clients, court, counsel, and others.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses.
• Draft and serve summons; coordinate and summarize depositions.
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits; file appellate documents as needed.
• Perform administrative duties: calendar hearings, organize files, and manage logistics.
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes; organize exhibits and evidence.
• Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests.
• Liaise between trial teams and third parties; witness preparation.
• Assist with case settlements and other duties as assigned.
