Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. You will work closely with our attorneys, providing support before, during, and after trials in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include drafting pleadings, e-filing, coordinating depositions, conducting legal research, and maintaining organized case files. This on-site role offers exposure to high-profile cases and collaborative teamwork with senior lawyers.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload.
• Highly organized with attention to deadlines.
• Paralegal certification or completion of a national program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• E-file court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and counsel.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Prepare discovery documents and responses; coordinate depositions.
• Assist with trial prep, exhibits, and post-trial tasks.
• Support attorneys before, during, and after trials.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and case files.
