Responsibilities include preparing client work, managing filings across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, organizing files, tracking time, and assisting with trial presentations while maintaining confidentiality.

We value attention to detail, research skills, and a collaborative mindset; a paralegal certification or degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, PDF tools, and document management systems.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and proofreading skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with closings, hearings and trials; support discovery and factual investigations.
• Organize and maintain client files, emails, and documents.
• File and retrieve court documents electronically in multiple jurisdictions.
• Track time and prepare billing records.
• Support trial presentations as needed.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional support to the team.
