Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support the litigation team with case management and trial preparation. The role involves administrative tasks, organized case files, scheduling, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes learning and growing within the litigation workflow, with standard hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and a strong focus on teamwork and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation or paralegal experience preferred.
• Personal Injury Litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the discovery process is preferred.
• Experience e-filing in state court is preferred; willingness to learn is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties in support of litigation matters.
• Maintain attorney calendars and help track deadlines and upcoming case events.
• Schedule depositions, pre-depositions, mediations, meetings, and hearings.
• Manage documents using Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and FileVine.
• E-file legal documents through the State E-Portal System and assist with other filings.
