Responsibilities

• Shadow Litigation Paralegals and support staff.
• Gather and analyze information for injury claims.
• Investigate case facts and prepare documents.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents for court filings.
• Prepare documents and correspondence to assist settlements.
