Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a floater in Kentucky to train and support several attorneys and case staff on rotation. The role serves as a stepping stone toward a Litigation Paralegal position.

The candidate will shadow paralegals, gather and analyze information on injury claims, investigate case facts, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare settlement-related documents as part of a dynamic legal team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of administrative support experience in a law firm or corporate legal dept.
• Strong written and verbal communication; presentational skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with multiple staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing ≥35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Litigation Paralegals.
• Gather and analyze information related to injury claims.
• Investigate facts of cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents for filing.
• Prepare documents and correspondence to help reach settlements.
