Morgan & Morgan is seeking a floater paralegal trainee to support multiple attorneys and case staff on rotation. This role trains for a future Litigation Paralegal position, with exposure to varied cases and routine tasks. The compensation is $20/hour with growth opportunities.

Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience drafting pleadings, gathering information, and supporting litigation workflows in a fast-paced law firm environment. On-site role with comprehensive benefits accrual.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Support Role.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with multiple employees.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Litigation Paralegals
• Gather and analyze information pertaining to injury claims
• Investigate the facts of cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents to file with the court
• Prepare documents to reach settlements in each case
