• Prepare and manage written discovery, subpoenas, deposition materials, and scheduling.
• Coordinate expert witnesses and support trial preparation.
• Maintain electronic and physical case files using Eclipse and provide administrative support.

Litigation Paralegal Key Qualifications:

• Apply strong knowledge of California and federal civil procedure, including local rules, filing deadlines, and litigation requirements
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, petitions, settlement agreements, discovery, declarations, and correspondence
• Prepare and manage written discovery, discovery outlines, deposition materials, subpoenas, and deposition scheduling
• Coordinate expert witnesses and support case development through document organization and trial preparation
• Maintain electronic and physical case files using Eclipse and other legal platforms, while providing administrative support such as scanning, emailing, and file organization.
