Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters—from strategy through trial.
• Serve as Delaware counsel alongside national firms on complex, high-stakes matters.
• Appear before the Delaware Court of Chancery, District of Delaware, and other Delaware courts.
• Communicate directly with clients and co-counsel on case strategy and status.
