Trustpoint One is pleased to assist a boutique litigation firm in Wilmington, Delaware with its search for a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal with experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation matters. This role requires a strong working knowledge of Delaware courts and electronic filing systems, as well as proficiency in legal research tools and litigation support processes. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON-SITE IN WILMINGTON, DELAWARE.

Job Responsibilities:

E-file legal documents in Delaware Chancery Court, Superior Court, and U.S. District Court (using File & Serve and CM/ECF)
Monitor and circulate court notices, e-filings, and case updates to internal distribution groups
Prepare and deliver electronic and paper courtesy copies for court filings
Create and maintain digital and physical binders for court hearings and trials
Draft, revise, and format legal correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents under attorney supervision
Input edits and revisions into legal documents with precision and attention to detail
Proofread and cite check legal documents for grammar, formatting, and legal accuracy
Generate and update Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities for briefs
Calculate and calendar litigation deadlines; maintain and update internal calendars
Compile and finalize exhibits for filings and service
Draft ancillary legal documents, such as notices, certificates of service, and cover letters

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in Delaware courts
Proficient with File & Serve, CM/ECF, and legal research platforms (LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law, Westlaw)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and written communication abilities
Familiarity with court rules and procedures in Delaware Chancery and Superior Courts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document formatting tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines
