Gibson Dunn, a leading global law firm, seeks a Litigation Paralegal Supervisor in California offices (Los Angeles preferred) to oversee a team of 19+ paralegals. You will coordinate workflows, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery of complex matters while advancing AI-enabled processes in collaboration with the firm’s AI Institute.

Based in Los Angeles (preferred), Century City, Orange County, San Francisco or Palo Alto, the Litigation Paralegal Supervisor will oversee the Litigation paralegal staff across our California offices, ensuring quality service and support is provided to attorneys and partners.
This role reports directly to the Associate Director of Paralegal Services and works closely with the Paralegal Services Manager on the East Coast to ensure consistent management, training, and support across offices nationwide.
Gibson Dunn will consider for employment qualified Applicants with Criminal Histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of local law.
The annual compensation range for this position is $180-210k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
