Hugo Parker, LLP is a defense civil litigation law firm located in the San Francisco Financial District, representing clients in complex toxic tort and other civil litigation matters throughout California. We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Litigation Paralegal (Remote) to join our team in a full-time role supporting active, high‑exposure, complex litigation.

This position is well suited for an experienced toxic tort paralegal who can work independently, exercise sound judgment in fast‑moving matters, and contribute as a trusted member of a collaborative litigation team – all in a remote environment.

The Role:

The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys on all phases of California toxic tort litigation, including asbestos, silicosis, and other exposure‑based matters. This role involves a high degree of autonomy and ownership, including managing assigned cases and supporting litigation through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
