The West Palm Beach office of Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced paralegal in commercial litigation who possesses familiarity with commercial real estate foreclosure procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial litigation procedures, state and federal discovery rules, foreclosure processes, and real estate law.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in Commercial Litigation.
• Proficiency in Office365, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and filing pleadings and legal documents.
• Docket and monitor calendars with deadlines and critical dates.
• File legal documents with State and Federal Electronic Court Filing Systems.
• Prepare, organize, and manage discovery and responsive documents.
• Prepare deposition summaries.
• Assist with case investigations and maintain electronic directories.
• Create/maintain filing and transmittal letters.
