Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal in commercial litigation for their West Palm Beach office. The role requires familiarity with commercial real estate foreclosure procedures and procedures in commercial litigation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in Commercial Litigation.
• Strong understanding of commercial litigation procedures and foreclosure processes.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the formatting/drafting/filing/serving of pleadings and legal documents.
• Docket and monitor calendar(s) with critical deadlines.
• Prepare, organize, and manage discovery and responsive documents.
