Qualifikationen

• Previous litigation paralegal experience required.
• Experience with civil litigation in Florida courts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Florida and federal court procedures, rules, and e-filing systems.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, draft, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, notices, correspondence, and legal memoranda.
• File documents electronically in state and federal courts and ensure compliance with applicable court rules and deadlines.
• Manage litigation calendars, including hearings, depositions, mediation, discovery deadlines, and trial dates.
• Draft and organize discovery requests, responses, and document productions.
• Coordinate and maintain case files, exhibits, evidence, and litigation materials.
• Assist with trial preparation, including preparation of trial notebooks, witness files, exhibits, and hearing materials.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors.
• Conduct legal and factual research as directed by attorneys.
• Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
• Perform additional administrative and legal support tasks as needed.
