Responsibilities

• Work with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and other case filings.
• Create reports for attorneys based on case specifications and attorney requests.
• Review, analyze, summarize, and organize case files, documents, and discovery.
• Utilize existing files and research resources to develop information for pending cases.
• Assist in preparing subpoenas or other formal requests for documents.
• Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and report on pertinent changes.
• Maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments and calendaring deadlines.
• Communicate with clients regarding case matters and updates.
• Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to filing or distribution.
• Assist with secretarial and administrative duties as needed.
