Qualifications

• 5+ years of California plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Knowledge of California civil procedure, court rules, and deadlines.
• Trial preparation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Maintain and organize approximately 40 active litigation files.
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Handle California state court filings and litigation deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors.
• Support the lead attorney through all phases of litigation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case management.

Salary: USD90000 - USD105000 per year

A growing and highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in La Jolla is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This position will work closely with the lead attorney and an experienced litigation support team, handling cases throughout San Diego County.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Maintain and organize approximately 40 active litigation files
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Handle California state court filings and litigation deadlines
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
• Support the lead attorney through all phases of litigation
• Assist with trial preparation and case management

• Salary up to $105,000 annually
