Law Tyme, Inc., a well-established, mid-size law firm in Las Vegas, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support Plaintiff Personal Injury cases. The role demands heavy litigation experience, ability to manage 20-30 active files, and skill in pleadings, discovery, and trial prep.

The candidate will draft pleadings, handle e-filing, coordinate deadlines, and work closely with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel. Office-based role with competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal.
• Draft Pleadings for review by Attorneys.
• Excellent Research and Writing skills.
• Knowledge of Local Rules and Civil Procedures.
• In-depth experience with the Discovery process.
• Great communication with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel.
• Friendly and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring Calendar deadlines and SOL’s.

• Able to work independently and as a team.
