Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience at a New York law firm.
• Hands-on experience with NYSCEF and ECF/PACER filing and NY court procedures.
• Strong cite-checking skills (Bluebook) with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Westlaw or Lexis, Adobe Acrobat (hyperlinking/bookmarking), and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and perform under deadline pressure.

You'll work directly with litigation partners on a high-volume docket, serving as the operational backbone that keeps filings accurate, deadlines met, and cases moving forward.
