Litigation Paralegal | Labor & Employment Focus | $84K-$105K | Hybrid | San Francisco, CA

We're working with a well-regarded mid-sized law firm in San Francisco to find a detail-oriented, proactive Litigation Paralegal to support their busy Labor & Employment practice. What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a critical role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, especially on Labor & Employment litigation matters. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Drafting and responding to written discovery (interrogatories, RFAs, RFPs)

  • Preparing and organizing deposition summaries, medical chronologies, and exhibits

  • Managing litigation case files, calendars, deadlines, and document production

  • Assisting with court filings in State and Federal courts

  • Supporting trial prep, including assembling trial binders and coordinating logistics

  • Conducting research and managing case documents in litigation support systems

  • 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally with Labor & Employment exposure

  • Strong understanding of California court rules and e-filing procedures

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Experience supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation
