Responsibilities

Assist attorney in reviewing case material and preparing digests with legal references
Draft, edit and review non-legal information, correspondence and reports
Help prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and creating charts and photographs
Interview potential witnesses and prepare summary reports
Review legal documents for proper citations and references
Attend pre-trial meetings and request information to correct deficiencies
Summarize testimony and depositions after/during trial
Investigate facts and laws, search public records and prepare related reports
Perform other duties as assigned
