You will prepare correspondence, outlines, and memoranda under attorney direction while reviewing materials to support case strategy. You will also summarize documents and testimony, maintain case calendars, and coordinate with witnesses and clients.

Qualifications

• Supports litigation teams with preparation of legal documents and discovery materials.
• Maintains calendars and tickler systems for case deadlines.
• Provides mentoring to Staff Paralegal and communicates with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and codes documents for production, deposition, trial prep, or discovery.
• Prepares correspondence, memoranda, outlines for litigation and discovery projects.
• Drafts pleadings under attorney direction and summarizes documents and testimony.
• Interacts with witnesses and company employees as needed.
• Updates clients and litigation teams on case status and assignments.
• Travels to client sites, vendors, and trial locations as required.
• Keeps time records and uses document/case management software.
