• Litigation experience is preferred for this position; strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a busy caseload and support attorneys across matters.
• Draft, update and manage spreadsheets to track case status.
• Assist with document review, production, privilege logs, and deposition prep.
• Assist with depositions and digest deposition transcripts.
• Organize files, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials.
• Review court dockets and electronic filing notifications; support all phases of litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery demands/responses, trial lists, and related documents.
• Intake and organize voluminous document productions from clients and others.
