Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.

• Overtime flexibility for time-sensitive requests beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research using resources such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and PACER.
• Prepare, review, proofread, and manage pleadings, briefs, filings, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate electronic court filings and monitor filing deadlines.
• Organize and maintain case files, deposition materials, hearing and trial notebooks, exhibits, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with document analysis, factual investigations, and case-related research.
