Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of paralegal experience in a busy Litigation/coverage setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with court websites and e-filing procedures.
• Well-developed organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a busy caseload.
• Draft, update and maintain spreadsheets to track status of cases.
• Assist in document review, organization and production and prepare privilege logs.
• Assist with depositions and exhibit preparation.
• Review court dockets and e-filing notifications; assist counsel through all phases of litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery demands/responses, trial lists and other litigation documents.
• Intake and organize voluminous document production from clients and other parties.
