Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary matter intake and route information to attorneys.
• Perform basic legal research and summarize findings for litigation matters.
• Support litigation holds and maintain documentation.
• Prepare routine legal documents and ensure proper execution signatures.
• Organize documents and maintain matter tracking in company systems.
• File legal documents and assist with compliance deadlines.
• Support attorneys with hearings, meetings, and internal presentations.
• Provide copies of executed documents to external counsel or internal teams.
