Job summary

ClouseSpaniac Attorneys seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support trial teams across all phases of the litigation process. You will perform legal research, draft and file documents, interview witnesses, and attend trials as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, with strong communication and familiarity with court procedures, and comfortable with MS Office and case management software. This is a fast-paced firm environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or certification required.
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with document management experience.
• Excellent research skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case documents including memoranda and briefs.
• Organize and maintain case files for review.
