Qualifications

• Experience as a litigation paralegal is required.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from intake to resolution.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other documents.
• Manage case files, calendars, and court filings.
• Coordinate document collection and production.
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Conduct factual research and maintain case records.
• Collaborate to deliver excellent client service.
