Qualifications

• Strong skills in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research.
• Familiarity with e-filing in state/federal courts.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in legal research databases and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Paralegal certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file legal documents as part of daily workflow.
• Review case files, research issues, and draft pleadings and motions.
• Draft and edit pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys and support the litigation process from start to finish.
• Manage deadlines, calendars, and case organization to ensure timely filings.
