Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience; employment/business litigation preferred.
• Experience with Westlaw, PACER, and other legal research and docket systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF editing, and litigation support software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support from case inception through resolution, including arbitration and hearings.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, orders, and settlement documents.
• Prepare and finalize court filings with proper citations and formatting.
• Research local, state, federal, and administrative rules for compliance.
• Manage e-filing and service in state and federal courts; coordinate with courts.
• Organize exhibits, prepare for motions, depositions, and trials.
• Assist with arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness materials.
• Track deadlines, maintain master case lists, and handle document productions (ESI).
