Confidential Employer in Sacramento is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our professional team. This on-site, full-time role supports attorneys at every stage of the litigation process, from pleadings through trial, with strict deadlines and organized case management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Paralegal Certificate required, with applicable MCLE compliance.
• Strong legal drafting, proofreading, research, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing litigation deadlines, filings, and case documents.
• Familiarity with PACER, CM/ECF, Everlaw, or e-discovery software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal correspondence.
• Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, from initial case preparation through hearings and trial.
• Coordinate state and federal court filings, including PACER and CM/ECF.
• Manage litigation calendars, monitor deadlines, and maintain organized case files.
• Assist with legal research, discovery, document review, and e-discovery.
• Coordinate depositions, service of process, hearing preparation, and witness materials.
• Work closely with attorneys to keep cases organized and moving forward efficiently.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
