Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, or a four-year college degree.
• At least one year of litigation paralegal experience or related project experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, prepares, and summarizes materials for discovery and motions.
• Summarizes depositions and maintains case files.
• Performs simple legal research.
• Indexes and tracks discovery documents and exhibits.
• Assists attorneys in courtroom.
• Reviews documents for relevance and privilege.
