Qualifications

• Two+ years of paralegal experience or a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state court procedures and e-filing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Westlaw, and legal practice management software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pleadings, disclosures, and written discovery.
• Conduct witness interviews and collect documents.
• Prepare medical summaries, docketing, case management and trial preparation.
• Maintain organized file management and litigation records.
