Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
• At least three (3) years of litigation work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours.

Responsibilities

• Calendaring and document management for multiple attorneys.
• Prepare and compile information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Assist with motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
