Job summary

Lewis Brisbois in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a paralegal with litigation experience to support a team of four attorneys. Primary duties include calendaring, document management, review, creation, and organization to keep cases moving efficiently.

Responsibilities also include compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate and at least three years of litigation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
Minimum of three (3) years of litigation work experience.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Calendaring for a minimum of four attorneys.
Document management including review, creation, and organization of materials.
