Responsibilities

• Review and draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Review and draft litigation documents, pleadings, and discovery.
• Manage attorney's calendar and monitor deadlines.
• Manage client files and keep files organized and properly named.
• Answer phone and emails.
• Proof outcoming documents for grammar, spelling, and accuracy.
• Interview potential clients & summarize for attorney.
• Client intake to management system and set up/organize files.
• Receiving and screening visitors.
• Transcription and documentation communication.
