Job summary

Airdo Werwas, LLC is actively seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of experience, is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with sophisticated clients in complex litigation matters.

The role involves coordinating case documents, acting as a liaison between attorneys and clients, and ensuring seamless communication across the firm and related defense counsels.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 2–5+ years of paralegal or legal support experience.
• Experience handling complex litigation matters and managing voluminous documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between the Firm, its network of local defense counsels, and client contacts, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
• Provide comprehensive litigation support, ensuring seamless case management from inception to resolution.
• Maintain and organize case files, including all litigation-related filings and documents from clients.
• Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive client information, legal documents, and case details.
• Communicate professionally with high-level clients, demonstrating poise and discretion.
• Assist in trial preparation, including attending trials, hearings, and depositions as needed.
• Manage deadlines, calendars, and court filings to ensure compliance with litigation timelines.
• Conduct document reviews and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Prepare detailed summaries of client and witness statements.
