The candidate will handle document management, e-filing, and trial materials, working closely with clients, counsel, and staff to maintain organized, high-quality case files in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or equivalent.
• Familiarity with complex legal concepts and terminology.
• Knowledge of state/federal/appellate court rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist in preparation of legal memoranda; cite-check; format per local rules; file electronically.
• Gather facts, documents, exhibits, and evidence for actions, discovery, or motions.
• Assist with discovery requests; manage document production and logs; e-discovery.
• Maintain and search databases; work with clients and class members.
• Prepare materials for oral arguments, depositions, mediations, and trial.
• Organize exhibits and witness materials; coordinate trial logistics.
• Perform administrative tasks including scanning, filing, e-filing, and calendaring deadlines.
