• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with legal document preparation and filing under time-sensitive conditions.
• Experience in nonprofit or public sector preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to present information clearly.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to prepare discovery responses.
• Prepare and send subpoenas; organize document responses and public records.
• Photocopying, faxing, extensive filing and new filing systems.
• Assist with special projects and court filings preparations.
• Litigation support and gathering documents for court filings.
• Greet clients, assess eligibility and refer to services.
• Arrange court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
• Represent the agency professionally; perform other duties as assigned.
