Job summary

Akay Law in San Francisco seeks a full-time Paralegal to support two to three attorneys with day-to-day case management and document preparation.

You will draft, format, and organize pleadings and motions, manage case files, coordinate court filings and deadlines, and assist with hearings.

Qualifications

• Paralegal support experience with attorneys and case management
• Drafting, editing, and formatting pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Calendar management, file organization, data entry, and office coordination
• Experience in supporting litigation or transactional matters
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with legal software and document management systems; AI tools are a plus
