LHH Naples seeks an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join a growing, respected law firm. You will support attorneys in commercial and business litigation, coordinating filings, calendars, and depositions with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience.
• Strong commercial and business litigation background.
• Experience filing in state and federal courts.
• Excellent drafting and proofreading skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys handling complex commercial and business litigation from inception through resolution.
• Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and meetings.
• Draft, edit, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence and litigation documents.
• Coordinate filings in Florida state and federal courts.
• Maintain case files and document management using iManage.
• Assist with billing, time entry, and administrative support.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless workflow and client service.

What You'll Do
