Soni, a mid-size commercial law firm based in New York City, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all stages of litigation and related matters.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a litigation paralegal, proficiency with Westlaw, Lexis, CaseMap, TextMap and Relativity, and exceptional organizational skills to manage deadlines and case files in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate required.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience requested.
• Proficiency with Westlaw, Lexis, CaseMap, TextMap and Relativity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files and deadlines across all stages of litigation.
• Draft and format correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct cite checking and verify authorities under Bluebook rules.
• Coordinate document service, filings, and court submissions in state and federal courts.
• Assist attorneys in deposition, hearing, and trial preparation, including exhibits.
• Perform factual research and prepare chronologies from deposition transcripts.
