Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; orEquivalent combination of professional experience, education, or certification.
• Solid understanding of court rules, filing procedures, and litigation processes.
• Strong drafting, research, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of litigation cases from beginning to end, including organizing files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with attorneys and team.
• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and disclosures in compliance with court rules and attorney case plans.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, experts, witnesses, adjusters, and opposing counsel to provide updates, gather information, and resolve issues.
• Collect, review, and summarize depositions, exhibits, medical records, bills, and discovery materials to support case strategy and trial preparation.
• Coordinate court filings, schedule depositions and hearings, interface with courts, and maintain litigation calendars and deadline summaries.
• Conduct legal research on case law, procedural rules, and jurisdictional requirements to ensure compliance and support attorneys.
• Utilize case management software to manage discovery, organize files, track case values, and document all work for accurate case files.
