Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, analyze, and summarize legal documentation for cases.
• Schedule depositions and meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, and others.
• Identify experts and prepare packages for review.
• Track document requests and monitor receipt progress.
• Maintain files and update clients on status of cases.
• Assist in discovery and trial preparation as required.
• Enter billable time daily (minimum 140 hours per month).
• Perform non-billable duties as directed by management.
