Job summary

Frederick Fox LLC in Florida is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys throughout the full litigation lifecycle, from investigation through trial preparation. The role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, documents, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to prepare exhibits, manage case materials, draft pleadings, and assist with discovery.

Qualifications

Prior paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage matters through the full case lifecycle from investigation to trial preparation.
Prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses under attorney supervision.
Coordinate client intake and ongoing communications with clients and staff.
Organize case files, exhibits, and binders; maintain confidentiality.
Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation logistics.
Support administrative duties and maintain case materials and records.
